Empire Media signs Rafael Nadal for a second season of "Game, Set, Tapas!"
Empire Media is an industry-leading multi-national media enterprise operating three divisions: Theatrical, Television, Digital & Home Entertainment. The company, which employs in excess of 10,000 media professionals worldwide, focuses on feature film development and television production, marketing and distribution.
Empire strives to be the creative leader in entertainment production across all of its markets. Headquartered in London and with business offices and production facilities in New York, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Broomfield and Lahore, Empire Media serves a global audience, with many of its features earning prestigious industry honors and attaining household name status over the last few decades.
An emerging strategic priority for the company centers on digital innovation, with recent initiatives focused on shifting all production processes from analog to digital.
This year, Empire Media is delighted to continue our commitment to healthy, stylish living.
"Rafael Nadal is returning for a second season of "Game, Set, Tapas!," the critically acclaimed reality program that took the Tennis Channel by storm last year," says Ebony Williams, VP of Production for Empire Media.
The show, which Racquet Magazine called an "overhead smash hit," follows the tennis superstar around the kitchen as he conjures up some of the classics of Majorcan cuisine. "We will be on location at tournaments around the world leading up to Wimbledon," says Williams, "and episodes will air just days later so viewers can watch the tennis star behind the scenes and get a more intimate understanding of his routine and diet when he’s out on the circuit."
